# Improving Alpine Regions

The often remoteness and rural demographic of alpine regions creates challenges for inhabitants and the environment. Alps aims to support alpine regions and communities where possible.

Example proposal ideas:

* Initiatives that help improve agriculture, environment, energy, communication, education, transportation and safety.
